Techspan's high capacity cartridge elements are suitable for all kinds of heating applications, including plastic injection moulds and tooling, in the plastics, food, packaging, and printing industries. Special technology is used in the manufacture of our elements results in a very reliable, high capactiy heating element - with a heating capacity up to 750 deg C. Techspan cartridge elements are constructed with high quality 80/20 nickel chromium wire, embedded in a magnesium core - and surrounded by a magnesium oxide sleeve. The outer case is high quality stainless steel.
